You use the
Business-to-Authority
(B2A)
Manager
to check, monitor and control the progress and status of each of the steps within the polling process. Once report
RPUEFI_START_POLL
has been started, it creates entries into the
B2A Manager
(transaction PB2A).
The
B2A Manager
consists of:

Further Optionsgroup boxes where you can limit the number of entries that are displayed in the
B2A Manager.

group boxes contain the following fields and indicators:
Not Equal To Erroror
OK
A polling process has five distinct process statuses. These are:
New
The system sets this status, as soon as an entry appears for the first time in the
B2A Manager
. You still have not performed a process with this entry.
In process
The system sets this status, when you have performed a process with this entry, but the process has not yet been completed.
OK
The process is complete. This status is not set by your SAP system automatically. You must set the status manually to document that a process is completed, for example, if you have received confirmation from the Inland Revenue.
You cannot change the status
OK
, once it has been assigned.
Incorrect
Process that has a rectifiable error
Error
Process that has a fatal error
Mails (which can be customised) can also be set up to notify the administrator of any errors that have stopped the process.
