Evidence for Individual Numbers
You use the Evidence for Individual Numbers Japan
(RPUINDJ0) report to check the confirmation status of the evidence for the individual numbers or identity information. Based on the status, you can use this report to delete the images of the scanned evidence.
To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose

Selection
Only Process Evidence Without Employee Master Data
You select this checkbox to look for images of evidence which belong to former employees whose personnel numbers have been deleted in the system. You can delete these images of evidence if they are not used anymore.
Display List
The system displays the check results in an SAP List Viewer (ALV). From the list, you can delete the image of the evidence.
Skip List (Direct Update if Necessary)
After you execute the report, the system directly deletes the evidence image and displays a log of the deleted images.
Output
The system displays the results in an SAP List Viewer (ALV). The information includes the following information:
The person to which the individual number belongs to
Confirmation status of the identity information or individual number
If the evidence has been rejected
Submission date of the evidence
The start and end dates of the individual number record (infotype 3386)
Description of the evidence
To delete an image of evidence, select the relevant entry in the ALV and choose the Delete Evidence
pushbutton.
