You use this process to obtain an overview of the candidates that are assigned to a certain
requisition
or
application group
.
You are a member of the support team for the requisition or application group to which the candidates are assigned.
You choose
Candidate Selection
on the start page.
The system displays a list of all
requisitions
and
application groups
to which you have access and which correspond to the relevant selection criteria.
You select a requisition or application group and choose the
Assignments
function (Display Candidate List).
The system lists the candidates that are assigned to the requisition or application group. The candidates are displayed on different tab pages. The
All
tab page contains all candidates assigned to the relevant requisition or application group and the last activity that was created for this assignment. The other tab pages contain candidates in a specific process within the recruitment process.
Note
The tab page descriptions correspond to the processes stored in the process template that are assigned to the relevant requisitions or application groups.
You determine criteria to manipulate the number of candidates and how associated data is displayed. There are criteria available on two tab pages.
Selection Criteria

On this tab page, you can limit the number of candidates displayed by using suitable selection criteria.
Ranking Criteria
tab page
On this tab page, you can display various rankings for the candidates that match the selection criteria. For more information, see Rankings .
If required, you can set assignments to
Read
, or reset them to
Unread
. Each new assignment is initially classified as
Unread
. Assignments classified as read may have been classified as read not just by you, but by any member of the relevant support team.
You have obtained a list of all candidates that are assigned to a requisition or application group. The list of assigned candidates can be used as a starting point for performing numerous functions.
