You can carry out various functions so you can call the document list at a later point or so you can make it available to other users.

Creating and Printing Print lists

Sending Document Lists
You can send document lists using SAPoffice to user of the SAP system or to external addresses such as Internet addresses.

).

screen.
You can enter additional information. Enter the recipient in the lower section of the screen. The print list is already entered as and attachment on the tab page

Example
When you send the print list within the SAP system the recipient receives the SAPoffice document in the Business Workplace inbox. The recipient can then display the document as follows:
