Extraordinary Solidarity Contribution (Report RPCCESP0)

This report generates the extraordinary solidarity contribution declaration in an electronic format to be sent to CGA.

The extraordinary solidarity contribution (CES) applies to pensions and payments made to a single beneficiary. The declaration displays the amounts from pension-paying entities in favor of social security institutions. The declaration must be submitted exclusively by the 15th of each month following the reference month. The declaration applies to employees of both private and public sectors.

Integration

The Individual Income Declaration (Report RPCIIDP0) can include amounts from the extraordinary solidarity contribution. For more information, see Income Subcategories and CES in Individual Income Declaration.

Prerequisites

In Customizing activity Process CGA Contributions, enter a logical entity.
In Customizing activity Define CGA Institutions, fill in the fields for entity code and entity name for the entity entered in the previous step.

To fill in the NIF da entidade field (record Header declaração), in Customizing for Payroll under Start of the navigation path Payroll: Portugal Next navigation step Reporting and Statistics Entities and Properties End of the navigation path follow the steps below:

In Customizing activity Define entities, enter a logical entity.
In Customizing activity Maintain properties for entities, create a new entry using the logical entity entered in the previous step and attribute TAXNU in the Field name field.

To fill in the fields Natureza do valor and Valor (record Detalhe declaração), make the settings in Customizing for Payroll under Start of the navigation path Payroll: Portugal Next navigation step Social Security Extraordinary solidarity contribution Define relevant wage types for CES End of the navigation path .

To change the data of the extraordinary solidarity contribution declaration generated by this report, make the settings in Customizing for Payroll under Start of the navigation path Payroll: Portugal Next navigation step Social Security Extraordinary solidarity contribution BAdI: Extraordinary solidarity contribution End of the navigation path .

Features

Selection

Enter the standard selection criteria. It is mandatory to enter the payroll area and the period. It is recommended to enter the personnel number and the employment status.

Enter the entity that the report must take into consideration. Fill the social security regime information with value 4.

Choose what data you want to view after the report run. The possible options allow you to view nodes Technical log and Magnetic file – TemSe (for more information about these nodes, see the Output section).

Output

The report generates a log from which you can obtain the following information:

Node	Description
Statistics	Contains data about selected, processed, and rejected employees.
Magnetic file — TemSe	Enables you to view the file or download it to your local disk.
Technical log	Enables you to view the data of the declaration generated in ALV format.
Messages	Contains employee-related messages (Person-Specific Messages) or messages about the report execution (General Messages).
