You want to change the data that a candidate stored in his or her profile. For example, if the candidate asked you in the course of a telephone interview to change information in his or her profile.
You are a recruiter and have access to the candidate’s profile. You can change the candidate profile, for example, with regard to the following:
Assignments (list of assignments of candidates to a requisition)
Entered applications (list of applications that you have entered based on paper applications from external or internal candidates)
Select a candidate.
Choose the
Candidate Profile
function. The system opens the
Data Maintenance: External Candidate
or
Data Maintenance: Employee
view, depending on whether it is an external or internal candidate.
Change the information in the profile.
Note
Employees’
Personal Data
and
Communication Data
cannot be changed using the SAP E-Recruiting system. This data comes from the connected HR system and any necessary changes must be made there.
Save your entries.
The changed data is saved in the candidate profile.
