Use

You use the development plan catalog to define and manage development plans. You use these general development plans as templates and points of reference for personnel development measures within individual development plans.

The functions available in the development plan catalog include:

  • Create, change, display and delete development plans

  • Group together entries

  • Translate names and descriptions

  • Graphical maintenance of development plans

  • Qualifications obtained are proposed automatically

  • Reporting options for finding persons involved in a development plan

You create the development plan catalog in Customizing for Personnel Development.
