You are an administrator and have the relevant authorizations as stored in the
SAP E-Recruiting
Administrator
role.
The status of the succession plans involved is
To Be Deleted
.
Choose
Delete Succession Plans
on your start page.
The system displays a list of succession plans with the status
To Be Deleted
.
You can restrict the display, if necessary, by specifying selection criteria.
Proceed as follows:
If you want to reset the status of succession plans to the last set status, select the succession plans and choose
Reactivate Succession Plans
.
If you want to conclusively delete succession plans and all candidacies connected with them, select the succession plans and choose
Delete Succession Plans
.
In both cases, the system displays a list with the summarized result and any error messages that occurred.
