to enter subscription orders for campaigns using template offers.
If you use the SAP CRMintegration for
Campaign Management
, you can use this dialog method in the SAP for Media Customer Interaction Center (CIC
).
You can access this dialog method from the context menu in the
Data Environment
in the SAP for Media CIC.

If you are not using the SAP CRMintegration, you can use this dialog method in the SAP for Media CICto enter orders for campaigns using template offers. However, campaign management cannot take place with campaign planning and analysis in this case, because the SAP CRMmarketing functions are not available.
You have assigned template offers to the campaigns when you created them.

You have also specified in the
Action
profile for the
Data Environment
that this dialog method is to be available as a function call in the context menu.
When the dialog method is accessed, the system lists the template offers that belong to the campaign so that you can select one. Once you have selected a template offer, the system accesses the order entry transaction in
Media Sales and Distribution
, where you can change or add to the data copied from the template offer.
The dialog method replaces the sold-to party in the template offer with the business partner who was identified in the
Business Partner Search.
If the selected campaign references SAP CRM, the campaign ID is automatically copied to the order being created. If the campaign does not reference SAP CRM, the ID is not copied to the order being created.
