You can assign questionnaires to a candidate in activity management. It is not essential to send the questionnaire to the candidate. As a member of the requisition
support team,
you can complete the questionnaire yourself using the responses you elicited from the candidate during a telephone interview. This enables you to put exactly the same questions to several candidates and then evaluate the different responses automatically using the
Ranking by Questionnaire
function. Configuration settings for the questionnaires enable you to specify whether questionnaires are displayed in the candidate’s application history after completion or whether they can only be displayed by the recruiter responsible.
You created questionnaires in the required categories using the process
Create a Questionnaire
and, in doing so, built up a
Questionnaire Library
.
Choose the
Candidate Selection
function on the Recruiter’s start page.
Select one or more candidates for a requisition.
Select the
Activities
function and create a new activity for the candidates.
Depending on the required questionnaire category, select the
Questionnaire
or
EEO Questionnaire
activity and create the activity.
Assign a questionnaire to the activity. You can use the search help function to do so.
Select the field
Questionnaire Visible to Applicant
if you want to enable the candidate to display the completed questionnaire when it has been saved.
Choose
Complete Questionnaire
. The system opens the assigned questionnaire.
Enter the appropriate responses to the questions.
Save the questionnaire temporarily if you want to make changes to the responses. The status of the activity remains
planned
. The questionnaire is flagged as already completed.
Save the final version of the questionnaire. As a result of this, the status of the questionnaire is automatically set to
completed
. No more changes are possible. The questionnaire is flagged as already completed.
You can display the completed questionnaire by choosing
Display Questionnaire
in the
Questionnaire
activity.
In your role as recruiter, you have now completed one or more questionnaires and stored the completed questionnaires in the system. When you have created questionnaires in this way, you can use the
Ranking by Questionnaire
function to compare candidates based on their responses in the questionnaire.
