HomologNet (HBRCHMN0)

This report generates the XML file needed to confirm electronically the termination of an employee's contract in the HomologNet system, in compliance with Ordinance 1620 from July 14, 2010. The employer registers in HomologNet and uploads the XML file containing data of one or more terminations. The HomologNet system then makes the necessary calculations and generates the termination document.

Prerequisites

The employee has been dismissed.

You have made the settings in Customizing for Payroll, by choosing the following activities:

Selection

Enter standard selection criteria, for example, a range of personnel numbers or a period.

Fill in the employer union data. Inform both fields in the following format: 99999999999999. You must fill the CNPJ union/CNPJ EES account field if the company is regularly registered as choosing Simples Nacional.

Output

The report generates a log with information about the report processing, and the employees selected and processed. In the TemSe node, click the Detail icon to view or save the XML file generated.
