You can use this process to create
Talent Relationship Management
activities (TRM activities) for candidates in the talent pool. In this way, it is possible to create activities for the candidates that are not assigned to a requisition.
You can create TRM activities for candidates that you:
Have already found using the search in the talent pool or
Have already assigned to a talent group or
Have already found using the Candidate Overview function within Applicant Tracking
You have created processes using Customizing and have indicated these as relevant within the framework of Talent Relationship Management. You have assigned activity types that you want to use within TRM to these processes.
You use the
Search for Candidates in Talent Pool
function on your start page (
Personal Pages
) to search for the candidates for whom you want to create TRM activities.
Alternatively, you can also use the
Assignment to Talent Groups
function to display the candidates of the talent group for whom you want to create TRM activities.
Alternatively, you can also use the
Candidate Overview
function to display the activity list for a candidate and then create TRM activities on the
Talent Relationship Management
tab page.
You select the candidate(s) for whom you want to create activities. You then choose the
Edit Activities
function.
Note
Alternatively, you can also use the
Create Activities
function and then continue as described under point 5.
The
Activities
view appears.
You choose
Create Activities
.
You then select the TRM activity that you want to create. The system displays a list of all activities that are assigned to the Talent Relationship Management processes.
You enter the necessary information for the activity and save your entries.
You want to ask the candidates that you have grouped together in one talent group as of interest for a managerial position to submit an application for a specific employment opportunity.
You proceed as follows:
You select the relevant talent group.
You select all candidates that are assigned to the talent group.
For all candidates, you create an activity to send a notification.
You assign the notification that contains information about the vacant job to the activity.
By saving the activity, you create the activity for the candidates.
Each of the candidates in the talent group is now informed about the vacant job.
