You use this process to rank candidates assigned to a requisition or application group based on criteria stored in the associated requisition or application group. The system then compares the match between certain criteria in the requisition or application group and the corresponding data that candidates store in their profiles.
You have performed the Display of Assignments to Requisition/Application Group process and obtained a list of candidates that are assigned to a selected requisition or application group.
If necessary, you have used the IMG activity
Enter Comparison Fields
