 Printing/Faxing Shop Papers for Several Notifs.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Quality management Next navigation step Quality Next navigation step notification Next navigation step Worklist Next navigation step Notification Next navigation step Change data End of the navigation path .

A notification selection screen appears.

  1. Generate a list of notifications by entering your selection criteria and then choosing Execute .

  1. In the resulting list of notifications, select the notifications for which you want to print shop papers and then choose Start of the navigation path Notification Next navigation step Print notification End of the navigation path .

A dialog box with the printable shop papers appears.

  1. Select the shop papers you want to print.

Note Note

Check the other settings in this dialog box and change them where necessary.

  1. Choose Print/fax .

Result

The system prints or faxes the shop papers for the selected notifications. The notifications receive the status Printed ( NOPT ).
