Use

You can use the DisplayInCRM and EditInCRM methods for the Business Partner ( BUSISM00) business object to display or change a business partner in SAP CRM who was created in SAP for Media.

Integration

If you are using the integration with SAP CRM for Campaign Management , you can use these methods to access the functions for displaying and changing business partners in SAP CRM remotely from the Action Box or the Data Environment in the SAP for Media Customer Interaction Center (CIC).

Prerequisites

You have synchronized business partners between SAP CRM and SAP for Media.

You have made all the relevant settings for the Action Box , Data Environment and logical systems in the SAP for Media Customizing settings.

You can also specify the logical system for SAP CRM as a parameter during the method call. If you give the parameter an initial value, the system determines the logical system, to which the RFC destination, which is used during the download, is assigned as a standard destination for dialogs using the RFC Destination for Synchronous Method Calls transaction ( BD97 ).
