Generating Worklists

Use

Worklists can be generated manually, but they should be scheduled automatically.

Prerequisite

Manually or automatically generated report requests exist (see Use section in Report Management Worklist).

The SAP system places manually generated report requests in the worklist immediately. For automatically generated report requests, you can generate the worklist manually or have the SAP system generate it for you periodically.

Procedure

To start the worklist manually, you need to start the reports RC1AVGE1 and RC1AVGE2 manually (see also the Customizing activity Set Up Jobs for Generating Worklists under Worklist).

To schedule the worklist automatically, perform the Customizing activities under Worklist.
