 Questionnaire Group

Definition

Classifies questions or questionnaires into thematically-related groups.

Use

You assign questions or questionnaires that deal with the same subject matter or that are used for a similar purpose to a questionnaire group.

You assign questions or questionnaires to a group when you create them. Using groups enables you to retain a clear overview when you have a large number of questions and questionnaires.Questionnaire groups belong to either the Equal Employment Information questionnaire category or the Evaluable Information category. Categories enable you to differentiate different types of questionnaire.

When you edit questions and questionnaires, you can change their assignment to a group within a category.

Questionnaire groups are created using Customizing .

Integration

Questions and questionnaires dealing with a specific topic or subject matter are assigned to appropriate questionnaire groups.

Example

In the Implementation Guide, you create the following questionnaire groups:

  • Questionnaires relevant for candidates

    In this questionnaire group, you combine questions and questionnaires that you want to send to candidates in the context of TRM.

  • Questionnaires relevant for jobs

    In this questionnaire group, you combine questions and questionnaires that you want to send to candidates in the context of Applicant Tracking (for example, by including them in the application wizard).

  • Questionnaires relevant for decision-makers

    In this questionnaire group, you combine questions and questionnaires that you want to send to third parties, such as personnel officers, to retrieve information.

  • Questionnaires relevant for EEO

    In this questionnaire group, you combine questions and questionnaires that you want to send to candidates in the context of Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO). These belong to the Equal Employment Information category.
