The processing of original application files can be simplified by entering some data, default values, and settings.
Settings for some data are put together in a profile that is allocated to a user or an activity group.

Recommendation
You allocate, or assign only one profile to a user an activity group. When several allocations exist, the system uses the default values of the first reported profile.
You can enter the following default values and settings in a profile:

Working directory where the an original application file is to be copied under the following processing situations:
Automatic storage when a status is set with the indicator
Store originals automatically.
Processing of an original application file that is already stored in a secure area.

for storing the original application file using the Knowledge Provider
