Performing Collective Processing

Use

You want to carry out a valuation of semi-finished constructions for several WBS elements simultaneously.

Procedure

Choose Accounting → Project System → Financials → Period-End Closing → Single Functions → Results Analysis → Proceed Collective Processing ( transaction KKAJ)The screen Results Analysis: Projects/WBS Elements appears.

Enter the selection criteria.If you have created one or several selection variants you can alternatively select a selection variant for the background processing.

The selection criteria include the results analysis period (fiscal year and period) and the results analysis version.Moreover, you can configure settings, which affect the execution type, process control and output control. An example is displaying an object list and protocol.In the protocol the errors found in the valuation are noted.

Select Execute.

If you have selected the object list tasks on the selection screen, the list output appears (object list).

In the object list for collective processing the following key indicators are displayed.

Not all key figure are displayed for the valuation of semi-finished constructions.Some key figures are used deviate from the standard results analysis.

Name in object list	Actual key figure in valuation of semi-finished constructions.
Revenue affecting net income	Invoiced work value (GCC) or sum of the reduced non-invoiced work values and invoiced work values (IAS).
Costs of sales	Costs of sales
Work in progress	Assets for balance sheet display (for GCC) or reduced non-invoiced work value (for IAS)
Revenue in excess of billings	Receivables from down payment requests (only IAS)
Reserves for imminent loss	Not yet capitalized profit (GCC) or reduced imminent loss due to non-invoiced work value (IAS)
Down payment	Received down payments

In the list output the key figures have the same signs as in the database.

If you are working online and want to display more key figures, click on the desired WBS element in the object list.

The result screen appears for individual processing .On this screen all the above key figures are displayed with the correct sign.

Note that the key figures displayed here are generated by a further simulation of the results analysis.
