 List of Issued Sickness Certificates (Report RPCKSGA0)

Use

The employer must record the issue of sickness certificates and dental treatment certificates to their employees, and retain the records until the next contribution check. Certain minimum specifications per person and quarter must be taken into account for the recording.

You have the report List of Issued Sickness Certificates/Sickness Certificate Fees (AT) (RPCKSGA0) available for creating the list of issued sickness certificates. You can use this to create a list of the sickness certificates that were issued for your employees in a particular period. Among other things, the report creates statistics on the number of sickness certificates that were issued with or without a fee.

Prerequisites

Before you can record the issue of sickness certificates, the following conditions must be met:

  • You have successfully closed the payroll run for the payroll period to be evaluated.

  • Your system administrators have made the necessary settings in Customizing:

  • In Customizing for Personnel Administration, under Personal Data → Family →Edit Information on Sickness Certificate, as well as under Personal Data → Sickness Certificates

  • In Customizing for Payroll: Austria, under Social Insurance → Check Sickness Certificate Fee

  • You have stored the data on the sickness certificates in the infotype Sickness Certificates A (0056).

  • You have used wage type /3ZC (Sickness Certificate Fee) to map the sickness certificate fee in the system.

  • If you have canceled sickness certificates, you have mapped this in the system by entering the wage type /3ZD (Exempt from Sickness Certificate Fee) in the infotype Additional Payments (0015).

  • You have used the report Batch Input Session for Sickness Certificate Fees (A) (RPIKSGA0) to create a batch input session for running payroll for the sickness certificate fee.

Activities

To create records of sickness certificates, from the area menu of Payroll: Austria, select Follow-Up Activities → Period-Independent → Evaluation → Sickness Certificates → List of Issued Sickness Certificates.
