  Creating/Changing CPRs via Organizational Units

Use

You want to create or change construction progress reports for individual projects or periods.

  • You select via the organizational unit for the project-oriented enterprise structure and in doing so limit the list of WBS elements for which you can maintain construction progress reports.

  • After choosing a WBS element from the list, the construction progress report is displayed in a Microsoft Excel template.

Prerequisites

You have implemented the application Project-Oriented Enterprise Structure and component Joint Venture Accounting (CA-JVA).

Procedure

  1. Choose Create and Change Construction Progress Report via Organizational Unit (transaction /SAPPCE/PNV08).

    If you call the transaction for the first time during the current session (mode), the dialog box DB Profile appears. Enter a DB profile and choose Continue.

    The selection screen appears.

  2. Enter selection criteria such as plan version, organizational structure, fiscal year and period, project for the construction progress report that you want to create or change. Here you can also set:

    • Whether any parts of the organizational structure should be displayed or hidden

    • How the list of selected construction progress reports is displayed.

      You can explode all selected project structures or display just the project definitions, in order to explode specific projects.

  3. Make your selection.

    The overview screen is displayed.

  4. Flag the WBS element for which you want to create or change a construction progress report.

  5. Choose using quick info Maintain Construction Progress Report .

    The processing screen is displayed.

  6. Enter the required data.

  7. Save your input.
