The overview screen provides you with a list of the selected WBS elements and construction progress reports and you can display project data and detail data for specific construction progress reports. There are also other functions available for editing the layout and calling reports.
On this screen the screen areas

In the left screen area, you see an overview of the selected construction progress reports, ordered according to project, WBS element, fiscal year and period.
On the application toolbar there are several functions available:
Standard functions: Expand/collapse subtree, search, print.

to change to the display screen for the construction progress report. The structure is determined in the Microsoft Excel template.

In the right screen area you see the details for the selected object in the left screen area.
If you have selected a project definition, you are given the following data:
The upper table displays the project header data. You can change the layout.
The lower table is empty.
If you have selected a WBS element or fiscal year, you are given the following data:
The upper table displays the data for the WBS element. You can change the layout.
The lower table is empty.
If you have selected a construction progress report (period), you are given the following data:
The upper table displays the header data such as construction progress report number, recipient WBS element, WBS element to be consolidated and posting data. You can display other project data by changing the layout to suit your requirements.
In the lower table the primary cost elements are listed with the cumulative values for work completed and contract values in the transaction currency, object currency and controlling area currency.
