This report enables you to generate a list displaying the last applicant actions performed for each applicant.
You can use this report to display a receipt of application (
Initial Entry of Basic Data
action) or other lists displaying applicant actions, for example. From the output list, you can carry out additional processing for applicants.
This report is located in the
Recruitment
application:
Receipt of application
To access this report, choose from the
SAP Easy Access
menu:
In the standard system, the report displays the applicant actions that have been carried out for applicants with the overall status
In process.
List
To access this report, choose from the
SAP Easy Access
menu:
In the standard system, the report displays the applicant actions that have been carried out for applicants with the overall status
On hold.
The report is also located in the Information Systems. To access it from the menu, choose
Applicants by Action.
Note
If you want to take advantage of the full range of functions available, run the report in the
Recruitment
application.
If you access the report from Information Systems (for example, the
Recruitment
information system or the
Human Resources
information system), the range of functions available is restricted. Please also note that you can only use the interactive functions in the output list of you run the report from the
Recruitment
application.
Selection
The
Period
and
Selection
areas contain the
standard Recruitment selection fields
.
In the
Reference
section you specify whether you want applicants who have been assigned reference personnel numbers to be taken into account, and if so, which ones.
Note
If you define a reference personnel number, the output list displays only the applicants who have been assigned a reference personnel number.

If you run the report from the application, you can perform additional functions for individual applicants. For details on the procedure, see Perform Interactive Functions in Recruitment Reports .
It is your job as a personnel officer to enter additional data on all applicants who are assigned to you, and who are ‘in process’. The
Applicants by Action
report enables you to select all applicants currently being processed who are assigned to you. You can then access individual applicants directly from the list to enter additional data.
