 Using the Collective Time Confirmation Without Selection

Procedure

  1. Call up the collective time confirmation. Depending on the application component in which you are working, choose one of the following menu paths:

  • Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Customer service Next navigation step Service processing Next navigation step Completion confirmation Next navigation step Entry Next navigation step Collective time confirmation Next navigation step Without selection End of the navigation path

  • Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Plant maintenance Next navigation step Maintenance processing Next navigation step Completion confirmation Next navigation step Entry Next navigation step Collective time confirmation Next navigation step Without selection End of the navigation path

The list entry screen for collective time confirmation appears.

Note Note

If necessary, use the pool function . This is advisable if you need to process specific orders or operations several times. You can call them up for processing again using the worklist.

  1. Make all the necessary entries.

If required, you can have the actual data proposed completely for the selected operations. To do this, choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Propose actual data completely End of the navigation path .

For collective entry, the functions Attend./Absences and Time leveling are also available under Environment . For more information, see Attendances/Absences .

  1. If you do not want to enter any additional data for the operations, save now.

However, if you want to enter additional data for particular operations on the detail screen, you select the required operations and choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Actual data End of the navigation path .

The confirmation detail screen appears for the first operation selected.

  1. Enter data as required on the confirmation detail screen.

  2. Save the data entered.
