for the respective clients or systems. This change can take place automatically using the number dialed by the user (DNIS) or it can take place manually.
Integration between the

, SAPphone interface, CTI software and switch must be tested for each scenario on an individual basis. The function should therefore only be implemented following consultation with SAP. You should therefore contact your contact person at SAP if necessary.
