You can use this process to send a questionnaire to candidates in the
Talent Pool
.
In this way, you can collect information from the candidates and then rate and rank the candidates on the basis of their responses.
You created questionnaires using the process
Create a Questionnaire
and, in doing so, built up a
Questionnaire Library
.
In the Implementation Guide (IMG) for E-Recruiting, you have created letter templates using
SAP Smart Forms
and assigned them to the activity types that you have provided for sending questionnaires within the framework of
Talent
Relationship Management
(TRM).
On the Personal Pages in the
Talent Relationship Management
area, you choose the
Search for Candidates in Talent Pool
function.
The system opens the candidate search.
You enter your search criteria and start the search.
The system displays the list of candidates matching the search criteria.
You select one or more candidates and create a
Questionnaire
activity for them.
You assign a questionnaire to the activity. You can use the search help function to do so.
You select the
Questionnaire Visible to Applicant
field if you want to enable the candidate to display the completed questionnaire when it has been saved.
You save your entries.
The system adds the activity to the list of activities for the relevant candidates.
You create another activity for the selected candidates to send them the questionnaire (for example,
Request Questionnaire
activity).
You select the activity you have just created, which contains the questionnaire, as the
Reference Activity
.
You assign a
letter template
, which will be sent with the questionnaire. You adjust the template to meet your requirements.
You save your entries.
You choose the
E-Mail
function to send the letter template with a link to the questionnaire immediately by e-mail.
You have sent the candidate(s) the link to the questionnaire and a letter. The candidate(s) call up the questionnaire and complete it.
You can then view the completed questionnaires or you can use the
Ranking by Questionnaire
function to compare the questionnaire responses of various candidates with one another.
When searching for candidates in the talent pool, you can use the questionnaires to add extra search criteria to the search query. You can then select the questions as search criteria to obtain a list of candidates who responded to the questions in a questionnaire in a certain way.
