Definition

Group of activities that belong together from a business point of view. A distinction is made between processes that represent parts of the recruitment process and processes that are used in Talent Relationship Management (TRM).

Use

You use processes to structure entire business processes such as the recruitment or TRM processes. To do so, create your processes using the Implementation Guide (IMG). Name each process and assign it to a process group. The process group determines whether the process can be used within the recruitment process or in TRM. Then assign activity types to the processes.
