Use

In addition to the account assignments for the posting key, account number, and amount, you can enter additional account assignments. For example, a business area is an additional account assignment relevant in Financial Accounting , while the cost center is relevant in Controlling .

If there is not enough space on the line item entry screen to display all the possible additional account assignments, the system displays them in a dialog box. It automatically displays this dialog box whenever there are additional account assignments that must be entered but that do not appear on the standard entry screen.

Activities

If the additional account assignments you require are not displayed on the standard entry screen, select More and then ENTER. The system displays the dialog box containing the additional account assignments.
