 Search for Candidates in the Talent Pool

Purpose

You can use this process to search for candidates in the Talent Pool. You enter your search criteria, start the search, and obtain a list of the candidates that match your search criteria.

Prerequisites

You have access to the succession planner’s start page.

Process Flow

  1. You choose the Search for Candidates in Talent Pool function on the start page (Personal Pages).

  2. The system opens the search application. For more information about the functions of the search application, see Working with a Search Application .

  3. You specify your search criteria.

  4. You expand your search criteria.

    Note Note

    Among other things, you can use as search criteria the responses to questions from a questionnaire that you sent to candidates within TRM.

  5. You choose Start Search .

  6. The system displays a list of candidates from the Talent Pool that match your search criteria.

Result

You have a list of the candidates wanted and can now create activities for these candidates, for example.
