  Define Templates for Data Screens

Use

For the construction progress report and valuation you use MS Excel for the input and output screen. The structure of the data screens (input and output screens) is defined in the templates. You can adjust the structure to suit your customer-specific requirements. To be able to use templates, you must store them in the Business Document Service. In Customizing assign the templates to the appropriate transactions for the Construction Progress Report and Remaining Plan, for example, define which template is used for which controlling area.

Sample templates are delivered as input and output screens for the construction progress report and remaining plan. You can edit these templates to suit your requirements. You can find the sample templates in the Business Document Service.
