Customizing for internal service requests requires that Customizing settings for notifications be made beforehand.

.Preparing internal service requests includes defining the attributes of the general notification and defining scenarios.
You prepare the general notification in Customizing. As a minimum, you need to define notification types before you can set up scenarios. Use the notification types defined by SAP as well.
Define a scenario.
Depending on the type of scenario, develop templates for calculating the costs incurred by the requests, or use Easy Cost Planning and Execution Services.For more information, see the SAP Library under
.Transport the template settings.
