 Completing a Notification from the Order

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Customer Service Next navigation step Service Processing End of the navigation path or Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Plant Maintenance Next navigation step Maintenance Processing. End of the navigation path

  2. You reach service processing or maintenance processing.

  3. Choose Start of the navigation path Order Next navigation step Change End of the navigation path .

  4. Enter the order number and call up the header data screen or the operation overview.

  5. For information on how to enter technical findings when completing the order, see Entering Technical Findings .

  6. Choose Start of the navigation path Order Next navigation step Functions Next navigation step Complete Next navigation step Complete (technically) Next navigation step . End of the navigation path

  7. The dialog box Complete is displayed.

  8. Check the information in the dialog box and change it where necessary. If you want to complete the notifications contained in the object list at the same time, choose Complete notifications.

  9. Choose Complete.

  10. The system completes the order technically, assigns the relevant status to it, and saves it.

    It completes all notifications with the appropriate status. If assigned notifications cannot be completed, a message is displayed by the system informing you of this.

  11. Process these notifications accordingly and then complete them.

You can do this either directly with the change function for notifications, or from the order.

As before, call up the order using the change function, and choose

Start of the navigation path Order Next navigation step Functions Next navigation step Complete Next navigation step Complete notifications. End of the navigation path

Once you save the order, the outstanding notifications are also completed.
