Editing General QM Evaluations

Access the general evaluations.

The system displays the QM Evaluations screen. In the screen area on the left, you see the selected data in an object tree. In the screen area on the right, you can see the area for the table or graphic views, which is still empty.

The system has aggregated the selected data based on the grouping characteristics that were defined in the grouping layout. One node in the tree of evaluated data contains the data for one level (inspection lot, partial lot, inspection point, characteristic, or single value).

The system recalculates the key figures for each node every time the data is updated.

You can use the following functions in the general overview :

Pushbutton (quick info text)	Description
Graphics (Graphics Overview)	The data is displayed as a graphic in the right screen area.
Tables (Tables Overview)	The data is displayed as a table in the right screen area.
External Views (External Views Overview)	The data from external sources, for example QM-STI, is displayed in the right screen area.
(Hide/Show Hierarchy)	Displays or hides the object tree.
Output (Output)	The messages are displayed at the bottom of the right screen area. If a symbol is displayed on the pushbutton beside the text, this means: : At least one error occurred while executing an activity. : At least one warning exists. : There are success messages. : There are information messages.
Selection (Choose Additional Selection)	You can execute a new selection with the same grouping layout and the same number of views. When you do this, the dataset is updated, not replaced.

You can use the following functions, among others, in the object tree :

Pushbutton (quick info text)	Description
(Repeat Last Selection)	The last selection is repeated and updated.
(Create View)	The evaluated data is displayed in a table, external view, or graphic. To select the type of view choose the required view type in addition to this pushbutton. Note You can also display the evaluated data for one object in a table by double-clicking on the symbol beside the required object in the object tree. End of the note.
(Info. About Implementation)	Information about the function of a particular view type is displayed. In addition, you use this pushbutton to choose the view type that you require.
(Use in Views)	An overview is displayed listing the tables or graphics in which an object is already included.
(Export Data)	The selected data is exported to an XML file.

You can use the following functions - in addition to those that are related to the view type - for the graphic :

Pushbutton (quick info text)	Description
(Print)	The graphic is printed.
(Export)	The graphic is exported as a file.
(Graphic Settings)	You can change the settings for the graphic layout. For more information, see Internet Graphics Service . Note This documentation is only available in English. End of the note.
(Info. About Implementation)	Information about the functions of the view type is displayed.
(Remove View)	The graphic view is removed.

You can use the following functions - in addition to the standard functions - for the data table representing a node in the object tree:

Pushbutton (quick info text)	Description
(Delete Filtered-Out Values)	The selected values are deleted from the node. The table views and graphic views are synchronized accordingly.
(Info. About Implementation)	Information about the functions of the view type is displayed.
(Remove View)	The table view is removed.

(Remove View)	The external view is removed.
