In Switzerland, you can carry out a rent adjustment only for the next possible date of notice. Starting from the periods of notice in the lease-out master data, the validity date of the adjustment is calculated, whereby two situations have to be taken into account:
Notice periods are maintained on the lease-out
The date maintained in the
Effective from (earliest)
field is used as a basis for calculating the periods of notice.

Result
The lease-out is adjusted with effect from July 1st 1996 (if the rent adjustment was activated).
