Example: Customizing Settings for the Object and Data Provider

The following graphic shows an example of the Customizing settings you can make for the Object and Data Provider.

These settings are displayed as follows on the user interface:

A combo box that contains the entries Directly Reporting Employees and All Employees is displayed for the manager. If the manager chooses Directly Reporting Employees, all organizational units for which he or she is directly responsible are displayed in a tree structure. When the manager selects one of the organizational units, a table is displayed in which all employees who belong to this organizational unit are displayed. Above this table, the system displays an additional combo box that contains the entries Organizational Data and Personal Data. If the manager chooses Personal Data, additional columns are displayed that contain the date of birth, place of birth, and nationality of each of the employees.
