You send questionnaires to candidates to elicit further information from them in addition to the details contained in their applications. You send questionnaires by means of activity management. Candidates are notified in an e-mail, which contains a link to the questionnaire. They log on to the E-Recruiting system through the link and complete the questionnaire. The completed questionnaire is available to the recruiter for reporting purposes.
You created questionnaires in the required categories using the
Creation of a Questionnaire
process and, in doing so, built up a
Questionnaire Library
.
You have created letter templates in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP E-Recruiting using
SAP Smart Forms
and have assigned these to the
Request Questionnaire
and
Request EEO Questionnaire
activity types.
You select one or more candidates that are assigned to a requisition.
You select the
Activities
function and create a new activity for the candidates.
You select a process and, depending on the required questionnaire category, either the
Questionnaire
or
EEO Questionnaire
activity and create the activity.
You assign a questionnaire to the activity. You can use the search help function to do so.
Note
If the activity type you select is part of a process template, there may be a default questionnaire already assigned to the activity type. You do not have to accept this default. You can assign a different questionnaire using the search help function.
You select the
Questionnaire Visible to Applicant
field if you want to enable the candidate to display the completed questionnaire in his or her application overview when it has been saved.
You save your entries.
Depending on the required questionnaire category, you select the
Request Questionnaire
or
Request
EEO Questionnaire
activity and create the activity.
You select the activity you have just created, which contains the questionnaire, as the
Reference Activity
.
You assign a
letter template
, which will be sent with the questionnaire. You adjust the template to meet your requirements.
You save your entries.
You choose the
E-mail
function to send the questionnaire immediately by e-mail.
You have sent the candidate a questionnaire and a letter. The candidate will complete and return the questionnaire to you. You can then view the completed questionnaire or, in the case of a questionnaire for the
Evaluable Information
category, you can use the
Ranking by Questionnaire
function to compare the responses of various candidates with one another.
