Talent Relationship Management
(TRM) enables you to maintain long-term relationships with potential successors.
The
Talent Warehouse
constitutes the basis of Talent Relationship Management. In the Talent Warehouse, candidates enter their skills and interests in a talent database. Using the data stored by candidates in the
talent pool
of the Talent Warehouse, you can:
Maintain individual and long-term relationships with candidates that are of interest as potential successors for jobs
Manage the qualifications and potentials of the candidates
Rank candidates
You can use talent groups to subdivide your talent pool into segments. You can create talent groups for various groups of candidates to suit your requirements. You can use the search function to identify suitable candidates in the talent pool and assign them to talent groups.
Talent groups enable you to handle multiple candidates in the same way and to assign them one or more candidate-specific activities.
Candidates who have returned completed questionnaires can be ranked automatically. You can also rank candidates in the talent pool yourself. Both rankings are also available to you in the succession planning process if you have assigned a candidate to a succession plan, for example, and want to assess the candidate in comparison with other assigned candidates.
Talent Management is a subarea of Succession Planning in the SAP E-Recruiting application.
Talent Relationship Management contains the following functions:
Creation of talent groups
Search for candidates in the talent pool
Segmentation of the talent pool by assigning candidates to talent groups
Creation of TRM activities for candidates from the talent pool, such as invitations, sending questionnaires, newsletters
Ranking of candidates according to responses in questionnaires
Sending of questionnaires to candidates
