Use

You can conclusively delete from the database the requisitions to which a recruiter assigned the status To Be Deleted .

You can also reset the status of a requisition to its previous status – for example, if a requisition was accidentally assigned the status To Be Deleted .

Prerequisites

You are an administrator and have the relevant authorizations as stored in the SAP E-Recruiting Administrator role.

The status of the requisitions involved is To Be Deleted .

Procedure

Choose Delete Requisitions on your start page.

The system displays a list of requisitions with the status To Be Deleted .

You can restrict the display, if necessary, by specifying selection criteria.

If you want to reset the status of requisitions to the last set status, select the requisitions and choose Reactivate Requisitions .

If you want to conclusively delete requisitions and all postings and candidacies connected with them, select the requisitions and choose Delete Requisitions .

Result

In both cases, the system displays a list with the summarized result and any error messages that occurred.
