Use
In return for the management of real estate objects on behalf of the owners, the manager receives a corresponding fee.
You use this function to settle event-driven fee types.
Prerequisites
Only fee types of active management contracts are taken into account.

Event-driven fee receivables are posted:
As revenues from the management activities and are entered in the manager’s balance sheet
As costs on the Real Estate objects concerned
