Function documentationGeneration of AFDT and ACJEF files (Report HBRTRSF0)

 

You use this report to generate the source file for edited data (AFDT) and the work schedule file for control purposes (ACJEF). The report generates files that follow the structure and content regulated by Ordinance 1510, from August 21, 2009, and Ordinance 2233, from November 17, 2009. The ordinances refer to the electronic time clock recording system (SREP).

Prerequisites

In the Planned Working Time (0007) infotype, you have selected the Time evaluation of actual times option for the employee in the Employee Time Management Status field.

The employee is active and has a record in the Documents (0465) infotype, PIS/PASEP (0006) subtype.

You have run the SREP: Mass Update of Reason for Exclusion of Time Events (HBRTRPA0) report.

You have made the settings in Customizing for Payroll by choosing Start of the navigation path Payroll: Brazil Next navigation step Electronic Time Clock Recording System (SREP) Next navigation step Define Absence Code End of the navigation path.

Features

Selection

You can enter selection criteria for the report you want to generate, for example, a time period or a range of personnel numbers.

Select the type of file that you want the report to generate:

  • The AFDT displays information about employers, employees, and records added in or excluded from the system.

  • The ACJEF displays information about employers, employees, and contractual schedules of the employee.

Output

The report generates a log with information about the report processing, and the employees selected and processed. In the TemSe node, you can click the Detail icon to view or save the AFDT or ACJEF file generated.
