 Status Change

Definition

Activity category that classifies activities for status changes of candidates and candidacies.

Use

You use activities in this category when the process flow in the succession planning process requires a change of status for the Candidacy or Candidate objects.

Structure

An activity of the Status Change category has the following tab pages:

  • Details

    This tab page contains the following information:

    • Processed by

    • Changed On (only after the activity has been created)

    • Changed by (only after the activity has been created)

    • Status History table

      The table contains all previous statuses of the assigned object.

    • Current Status

    • New Status

    • Status Reason

      Contains the customer-specific information as to why the relevant status was set. You define status reasons in Customizing for SAP E-Recruiting .

  • Notes

    This tab page allows you to enter notes for the activity.

    If the activity is used in TRM, then this information is available to you and all other succession planners. If the activity is used in Succession Planning, this information is available to you and the other members of the support team for the associated succession plan.

  • Attachments

    This tab page allows you to upload documents.

    If the activity is used in TRM, then this information is available to you and all other succession planners. If the activity is used in Succession Planning, this information is available to you and the other members of the support team for the associated succession plan.
