Status Change
Definition
Activity category that classifies activities for status changes of candidates and candidacies.
Use
You use activities in this category when the process flow in the succession planning process requires a change of status for the
Candidacy
or
Candidate
objects.

Status History table
The table contains all previous statuses of the assigned object.

Contains the customer-specific information as to why the relevant status was set. You define status reasons in Customizing for
SAP E-Recruiting
.
Notes
This tab page allows you to enter notes for the activity.
If the activity is used in TRM, then this information is available to you and all other succession planners. If the activity is used in Succession Planning, this information is available to you and the other members of the support team for the associated succession plan.
Attachments
This tab page allows you to upload documents.
