Use

You can use this function to access the SAP for Media Customer Interaction Center (CIC) via the SAP CRM Interaction Center (IC).

Integration

Your call center employees (agents) are working in the SAP CRM Interaction Center (IC), and need to switch to the SAP for Media CIC in order to process specific business transactions.

Prerequisites

If you want to access the SAP for Media CIC from the Transaction Launcher in the SAP CRM IC , you must have incorporated the method ShowBPOverview for the business object type CIC Support Object (BUSISMCIC) in the Transaction Launcher for the SAP CRM Interaction Center.

If you want to access the SAP CRM IC from the Action Box in the SAP Media CIC , you must have incorporated the method ISM_CICSupport.RunCRMWinIC for the business object type CIC Support Object (BUSISMCIC) in the Transaction Launcher for the SAP CRM IC.

Features

You can access the SAP for Media CIC from the SAP CRM IC Transaction Launcher. The business partner identified in SAP CRM is transferred to the SAP for Media CIC.
