 Printing Detail Lists

Prerequisites

  • From all the lists you display, you can print the corresponding individual list (basic list, segment list, sender list, receiver list or journal list).

  • You can also print the results lists from the basic list. The results lists contain:

  • The basic list

  • All segment lists

  • All sender lists for all periods

  • All receiver lists for all periods

  • If you selected Journal under List selection on the initial screen, you can also print the journal from the basic list.

The journal offers you an overview of the receivers, senders and corresponding values existing in a segment. The journal is especially suited for the analysis of allocated values for iterative cycles.

  • If you selected Flow trace on under Settings on the initial screen, you can also print the expert trace from the basic list.

The expert trace provides you with information on the contents of the individual database fields.

Procedure

  1. To print the relevant list, choose:

    1. Start of the navigation path List Next navigation step Print trace End of the navigation path

    2. Start of the navigation path List Next navigation step Print journal End of the navigation path

    3. Start of the navigation path List Next navigation step Print results list End of the navigation path

    4. Start of the navigation path List Next navigation step Print individual list End of the navigation path

  3. Enter the following data in the Print Parameters screen:

    1. Printer

    2. The number of copies

    3. and, if required:

    4. Spool control data

    5. Print format

  5. Choose Print.
