Support Team

The support team is the group of persons involved in processing a succession plan or a talent group. The person who created the succession plan or talent group is automatically assigned to the support team. All members of the support team have access to the succession plan or talent group.

The authorizations for processing the succession plan or talent group can vary, depending on the authorization profile of the team members. For example, it can happen that a team member cannot personally release a succession plan. In this case, the change of status must be requested from a team member with the appropriate authorization.
