Before you can display original application files, a number of settings and authorizations must be defined in the system. See: Displaying an Original Application File
To display an original file of an individual document info record, select the line containing the document and choose
Display originals
.
– If only one application was entered with original data for this document info record, and no additional documents were archived, the system displays the original application data immediately.
– If two applications were entered, or additional documents were archived, you see the
Start Display Application
dialog box.
Choose the application with which you want to display original application data.
The system starts the selected application with original application data.
If documents were archived as well, the list contains the
Archive
entry.
If only one document was archived, the system displays this document when you choose it.
If more than one document was archived, you see a list from SAP ArchiveLink. Select the documents you want to display from this list.
If no application data was entered for the selected document info record and no documents were archived, you see the following system message:
No applications exist
