You have verified the corporate numbers of your companies and the associated information.
Procedure
Enter corporate numbers and the associated information into the system.

This option comes in handy if you need to enter corporate numbers for a large number of companies. You mass import the data using the report program
Mass Update Corporate Number Data
(RPUPCPJ0), which you can access on theSAP Easy Access
screen under Human Resources

..The National Tax Agency of Japan publishes corporate numbers and the associated information as a CSV file on its website. You download the CSV file and use it to mass import corporate number data into your system.
Assign corporate numbers to personnel areas and personnel subareas.
This enables the system to determine the corporate number that should be used for an employee.

When generating the statutory forms related to tax and social insurance, the system displays the corresponding corporate numbers in the forms.
