This report is used to generate the legal document Employment Agreement Termination with a list of the sums received by the employee in the event of severance pay for agreement termination. It is also used as a receipt for severance pay. The legal document generated by this report is compliant with Ordinance 1621 and is valid from January 1st, 2011 to July 31st, 2012.

Enter standard selection criteria, for example, a range of personnel numbers or a period.
In the Run type
group box, select the type of payroll run the report must read: termination payroll, termination payroll with differences in calculation, or differences in calculation only.
The report generates the file containing the employee's termination data according to Ordinance 1621. You can view and print the file.
Select Back
to view the log containing information about the report processing, and about the employees selected and processed.
