Use
In the master data, you specify:
The estimated planned costs or actual costs on completion
The rental units
The cost distribution (per apportionment unit or direct entry)
The assignment to the rental units
The system calculates the expected adjustment on the basis of the planned costs. The tenant is informed of this using the standard correspondence.
