Use

You need to find information about an archived and deleted inspection lot.

Prerequisites

An active info structure exists for the field catalog SAP_QM_CONTROL1. This info structure is stored in the background in the search help Inspection Lot Using Archive .

Procedure

Call up the Display Inspection Lot transaction and enter the inspection lot number of the deleted inspection lot.Confirm the search in the archive.

From the display transaction, you can search the archive using the search help Inspection Lot Using Archive.

Alternatively, you can switch to the business view of the archived inspection lot using the Archive Explorer.

Result

The inspection lot is displayed in the same way as inspection lots that exist on the database are displayed.

Some functions, such as Display Usage Decision , are not available.

Example

You want to find out who made the usage decision for inspection lot 4711.

To do this, you access the Display Inspection Lot transaction and enter the inspection lot number.After you have confirmed that you want to read the archive, the inspection lot is displayed.On the Usage Decision tab page, you can display the required information.
