Definition

List box that displays all the personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person. You use the list box to navigate between personnel assignments.

Use

The list box enables you to navigate between the personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person. The list box is part of the initial screens Personnel Actions (PA40) and Maintain HR Master Data (PA30). In the Overview List for an infotype (PA30), you can navigate all personnel assignments and also display information on all personnel assignments together in one list.

You define which personnel assignments (active, passive, or both) with which information you want displayed in Customizing. Integration

You can obtain more detailed information on each personnel assignment of a concurrently employed person if you call the personnel assignment overview and personnel assignment details views by choosing the icons to the right of the list box.
